Such a great and helpful staff. Patrice and Crisanna really went out of their way to help me with the ordering and scheduling of tests needed per Dr Miller-Thrasher. Both were so helpful and went out of their way to send extra faxes and documentation to get my testing scheduled. Both were great with helping me to pick dates and times that work for me and my schedule for follow up's and return visits. Couldn't ask for more professionalism and I loved chatting with them while they were working on getting all my stuff in order.
Dr Miller-Thrasher did not hesitate to discover an issue I have been having for quite awhile and immediately knew the testing needed to confirm her suspicions. She was quick to order the testing and to answer all my questions while explaining it all. She really put me at east and made sure I had all the knowledge needed not to feel unsure for frightful of this new issue. Love Dr Miller-Thrasher and her staff. I have been going to them for years and years. The mammogram tech was very professional, friendly and got the testing done quickly as it is not always a comfortable process. I recommend Dr Miller-Thrasher and all her staff to family and friends. The front office was as friendly and helpful as ever. I love going to the Smyrna location and I drive quite a ways to see her there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller-Thrasher for a few years now. I have always had a great and pleasant experience at the office. The doctors, nurses, techs, and front office staff all treat me with respect, kindness and care. They make you feel like what's important to you is important to them. They are willing to answer any and all concerns/questions I have regarding my care. I love going to a medical facility where the employees look like me, and are skillfully efficient and proficient in their craft. I recommend IWHCS to any woman.

Sometimes when a procedure becomes routine to a Physician, they rushed through the explanation and expectations of that procedure, but Dr. Thrasher sat down beside me and explained the procedure, her expected outcome. Now we say, this is Part of their jobs, But believe it or not, I have had so many physicians not care on this level. So I appreciate you, Doctor Thrasher for taking the time to ensure I was comfortable and understood the procedure that is to come.

Dr. Miller-Thrasher's office was wonderful! While at my visit, after reviewing my exam results with the doctor, I decided to have a last-minute surgical procedure. Dr. Miller-Thrasher got my procedure done in record time and with next-to-no pain!

I LOVE my Dr.!!!!!!! She is a phenomenal woman and cares for her patients deeply. Being in the healthcare field as myself. I gratefully appreciate her taking the time out to not just do her job. But to have heart in her job makes a huge difference and stands her out above all. I am thankful to have her as my OBGYN. I am always going to be apart of her practice. Again thank you for you being you and being so informative with me. You make me feel so comfortable and never nervous. You reassure me in my appts. And i come out with less burdens to worry about. When i Entee’s your office it feels like a second home. Always felt comfortable with anyone in the office. Dr. and her team are amazing. Thank you for everything.

I really like the staff they are friendly & accommodating once you get in for your appointment. The PA Vanessa is a jewel, KEEP HER! The wait time however is a sever issue. I understand the complexity of care that is required for the surgical procedures that are being performed for cosmetic surgery BUT our time is just as important & valuable as the care given outside of those cosmetic surgeries. No one should have to wait hours past their appointment time to be seen.
